J-MALL

J Mall is a mixed-use development project covering a total built-up area of around 18,000 square meters. It has two buildings & was inspired by a creative idea and a new concept of Mall in a luxaries way.
Seahorse has done fitouts of Building, composed of 64 Outlets, 402 parking space. J-Mall includes suites, restaurants and luxury spa. Like J-mall there too many fitouts work which seahorse has given a unique view with its modern techniques of internal & external finishing.

VILLA PROJECTS

Seahorse has done many qatari individual and joined villas with built-up area ranging from 1200 sqm to 1500 sqm with its unique techniques & Modern design concepts. Seahorse has always focussed on its ever lasting desings & durability with captivating finish

SOUQ 71

Umm Salal Ali is a municipality situated in the eastern region of Qatar. Seahorse Engineering, serving as the main contractor, played a crucial role in the development of Umm Salal Ali. They were responsible for constructing the G+2 commercial building (named as Souq 71), spanning over an area of 6583 s.q.m. Seahorse Engineering's exceptional performance was demonstrated through the successful completion of the project two months ahead of the target completion date. The company delivered high-quality results, which contributed significantly to the overall success of the project.

EMBASSY BY HILTON

In the heart of doha, a new Embassy by Hilton is being launched Al Jeryyan Holding with new hotel concept having total built up area around 22,872sqm for (4B+G+14+PH).
Seahorse is doing magor role with having task of PMC to deliver the project in time along with other contractors. Like this in other critical projects Seahorse is contributing with its strong project mangement team.

QATARI MAJLIS PROJECTS

Having an appealing majlis is sign of gratification in qatar culture. Seahorse always fostered and partnered with residents to maintain an fullfill the primeval culture. Seahorse has built many of Renowed majlis in each locality accross whole qatar.

MUSHERIB DOWN TOWN (STEEL STRUCTURE)

Musherib, one of the oldest district of doha now became musherib downtown after the launch of project in january 2010 covering area of around 31 hectares in 6 phases.
Seahorse parcipated along with gulf steel to erect & Fabricate the steel structure in whole musherib.

ASPIRE KATARA HOSPITALITY

Aspire Katara Hospitality (AKH) specializes in the field of hospitality and leisure. Katara - the world-renowned cultural village of Qatar. Seahorse is the main contractor for the Renovation & Modification Works in popular outlets of Katara & Aspire Zone which include the Sukar Pasha Ottoman Lounge, L'wzaar Seafood Market, Kunafa Albisana, Shawarma Albisana, le Vesuvio Italian Restaurant, Chac'Late, and the Red Velvet Cupcakery, Burgeri, etc.

Seahorse Engineering was main contractor for designing & constructing the Salwa Road Showroom.
